
Frozen Chocolate Banana Loaf
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
2/3 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped (do not use
non-dairy whipped topping)
Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with aluminum foil, extending foil above sides of pan; butter foil.
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of pan.
In bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, syrup and bananas; fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
To serve, remove from pan; peel off foil. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Mocha Ice Cream Puffs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Coffee ice cream
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons orange flavored liqueur (if desired)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In 1-quart saucepan, heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at one time, until smooth. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupsful 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet (makes 6 puffs). Bake until puffed and golden, about 35 minutes. Cool.
Cut off tops of 2 cream puffs. Pull out any filaments of soft dough. Fill puffs with ice cream.
Mix chocolate syrup and liqueur; drizzle on cream puffs.

Frozen Heaven
9 ice cream sandwiches
1 container Cool Whip?
3 Heath Bars
5 Reeses peanut butter cups
Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch glass dish with ice cream sandwiches. You may have to cut the last row to make them fit snugly. Spread about 1/4 inch Cool Whip on top of sandwiches. Crumble the candy over the dish. Place in freezer.
Cut into square pieces and serve as an original homemade dessert. Your guests will be in awe of your ability to layer ice cream and chocolate.

Frozen Lemon Dessert
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, divided
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled
3/4 cup granulated sugar
Juice and grated rind of 3 lemons
4 drops yellow food coloring
Place half the crumbs in a 12 x 8-inch pan. Whip the milk; add slowly the sugar, lemon juice, rind and food coloring. Pour mixture over the crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. This keeps well for two weeks. It may be made with skimmed evaporated milk, if desired.

Raspberry Macadamia Dessert
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (about 32 wafers)
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip
Combine wafers, nuts and butter. Press onto bottom of a greased pie pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees F or until golden brown. Let cool.
In mixing bowl, beat milk, juices and raspberries on a low speed until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Cover and freeze for 3 hours.
NOTE: May be frozen for up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 3 hours before serving. Garnish with whip topping and fresh raspberries or chocolate hearts.

Rice Krispies Dessert
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup blanched almonds
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (4 3/4 ounce) package strawberry Danish dessert
1 (10 ounce) package frozen or fresh strawberries
Mix together margarine, sugar, Rice Krispies, coconut, chopped nuts, and almonds. Pat half of mixture into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch glass pan. Slice 1/2 gallon ice cream on top of mixture and top with remaining crumbly mixture. Freeze overnight or until firm.
Topping: Cook Danish dessert following directions on package. Remove from heat and add strawberries. Cool. Cut ice cream dessert into squares and serve with sauce on top.
